We ship primarily to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Asia, and to most countries worldwide.

Processing Time
In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items (currently out of stock) are shipped within 2–4 weeks.
Each piece is carefully prepared and packed by hand in Japan.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from Japan via International Parcel (Japan Post) as our standard shipping method.
Please note that EMS is not available due to shipping restrictions on freshwater pearls.
If you prefer DHL or another courier, please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Free international shipping via International Parcel on orders over JPY 45,000.
For orders shipped to South Korea, free shipping is available on purchases over JPY 30,000.
For orders shipped within Japan, free shipping is available on purchases over JPY 12,000.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
Asia: 3–7 business days
United States / EU / UK: 5–10 business days
Japan: 1-2 business days
Other regions: 7–14 business days

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
